How to Use:
1. Connect your equipment - Use a 50Ω coax cable to link your radio to the ATU-100, and connect the tuner's ANT port to the antenna.
2. Set initial power level - For first-time tuning, set output power between 20-30W (ensure FM, AM, CW, or SSB mode). High power tuning risks damage.
2. Select radio mode - Use FM (or other continuous-wave modes like CW/SSB) with 20-30W power, then key your radio (press PTT) and monitor the ATU-100 display for PWR and SWR readings.
4. Tune using the button -
Short press (＜1s): reset the previous tuning.
Long press (>1s): initiate the tuning cycle.
5. Observe tuning progress - OLED will show updated PWR, SWR, L (inductance), and C (capacitance).
Notes:
Minimum tuning power: Ensure at least 5W output—below this may lead to insufficient tuning.
Maximum continuous power: Supports up to 100W working power, with bursts up to 150W for brief measurements. Avoid tuning at maximum power to prevent risk.
